  1. This is a real find for me Anna – I have two sons who don't like onions – this will be wonderful.When do you add the cream and butter to the dish? (can't see in the recipe) I was wondering if yogurt would work instead of the cream??

Thanks Nickki, hope you enjoy it as much as we do.BVG, the butter and cream are added at the end when the chicked has been stirred into the sauce, I did it before I simmered for 20 mins.I think you could add yoghurt instead of cream, but I wouldn't add it at the end in case it curdles. I would add it at the beginning, after the spices, spoonful by spoonful (as taught by Madhur Jaffrey lol) waiting until each spoonful is incorporated before adding more.

  3. I've heard lots of good things about GR's curries. I might just have to give this a try. I can't easily get cream here so might try it with yoghurt instead.
