  5. Thank you for posting this! My aunt makes these but when I asked for her recipe all of her measurements were in glasses. So this should make it easier for me to duplicate. So excited to try this out for myself.

  7. I love this recipe! It is so easy! I live in Australia and these remind me of my holidays in cyprus and the pastries we’d buy for breakfast from the bakery. I’ve been making ones with halloumi, mint and oregano using the same pastry too. Thanks 🙂

  8. thankyou for the pastry recipe! just made my eliotes and the pastry is a huge success..so happy with it. Was a bit straining to knead the dough but the end result is worth it..
